Yes, I have found it quite helpful and always find something new on each visit. They have similar info to other sites, but you don't have to visit all over 5 different ones to get all the info you need

Ifrit out of the three. Ifrit gives big boost to Gods Attack (13%), Elaine gives Big Boost to Attack All (8%), and Nymph Big Boost to Gods ATK/DEF (8%).

If you're mixing your deck with other Realms, go with Elaine for her ALL ability.

If you were thinking about a DEF Deck and ATK deck and on a budget, Nymph goes both ways but has lower ATK/DEF points compared to the other two.

DEFINITELY Ifrit. That card is a powerhouse and is pretty cheap for its power at only 25-28 HP apiece. The second best is nymph in my opinion. A cheap card with two uses that you can use in both your attack and defense deck if you can't afford other cards in the meantime. Elaine is...okay....but pales in comparison to Ifrit's stats and effect. I wouldn't even recommend to use it if you had a trow elf, because if you had a trow you can afford Brunnhilds which are essentially better elaines.
