Account/Character Progression questions and Concerns

I'm currently lvl 49.

Stamina:202
ATK: 105
DEF:108

ATK Deck: 33000
Def Deck: 30000

Currently on quest 25-2.

I will preface this post with the fact that I spent ALL of my HP and CW while leveling up all the way until lvl 45, for in game uses - so just recovering Stam and ATK PWR. It wasn't until lvl 45 I realized that these items had value in the trading market.

I have realized lately then whenever i go to "Battle for Treasure" or people my level, I typically lose unless I can find a person that is currently unranked or has a fairly low lvl of DEF PWR(60-80). AM I progressing my Level too fast and is there anything I should do to try to get "caught up". I am thinking that I am behind due to the fact that I spent all my resources just playing the game.

What should/can I do to try and get caught back up?
