The only change I see and think it will be minimal is the exchange rate for hp:rupies

Before this it was 200k rupies to 1hp

lately I have seen that go as low as 100k

This excellent enhancement campaign is pretty stupid in my opinion. Players are complaining about how much more it costs them to enhance their cards and it is draining level lower players of their rupies. Another problem is that it doesn't always give excellent enhancement either (I think the chances are 50% instead of 20% now). The only good thing coming from this campaign is what andrj072 said below. Also, people are selling rares and feeders for RUPIES now instead of HP and CW and for reasonable prices.
