| So I already have a Valk Hild in my deck and I've been trying to get my hand on an Ifrit, if you guys haven't noticed. Lol So my question is ... There are some great Hilds on the Bazaar, should i just buy one of those over Ifrit for the great boost? Is the difference of in their boosts that different? Thanks! | |

| In my opinion, Ifrit is better than Valk. The skill difference is only by 2% and skilling an SSR is MUCH MUCH MUCH harder than skilling an S Rare. Skilling an S Rare from Skill Level 1 to Skill Level 2 with 1 High Normal has an 8% chance of working. On the other hand, skilling an SS Rare from Skill Level 1 to Skill Level 2 with 1 High Normal has a 1% chance of boosting. Chances are, unless you're the type of person who needs a perfect Skill Level 10 card, the skill boosts will end up the same for both cards since skilling Ifrit is much easier. Another factor is their attack. A 4-7 Ifrit has 14.9k ATK while a 4-7 Valk Hild only has 13.6K ATK. Combine that with the bad skilling, it seems that Valk is much underwhelming compared to Ifrit. The only thing, in my opinion, where Valk is better than Ifrit, is its cost. If you're willing to spend the extra HP on an Ifrit, go for the Ifrit, not a Valk. | |
