Yes, I have found it quite helpful and always find something new on each visit. They have similar info to other sites, but you don't have to visit all over 5 different ones to get all the info you need

I'd like to know roughly how much hp it's worth?
I got offered a 4-6 Tiamat skill 7 and a 4-6 Nightmare skill 10. Would it be worth it?

Right now it's difficult as they seem to be appearing in the recent CP's - a lot!

Some are selling for 1100-1200HP; however, in the past they've only gone for 900-1000HP which I feel is properly priced (albeit, expensive).

Tiamat averages 145-155HP so 150HP (mean price) x 4 = 600HP + 35HP (x7 enhancements) + 40HP (10HP p/skills 2-5) + 40HP (20HP p/skill 6+) = 715HP

Nightmare is 230-250HP

It's seems pretty even depending on what you value your Cerberus at.
