Yes, I have found it quite helpful and always find something new on each visit. They have similar info to other sites, but you don't have to visit all over 5 different ones to get all the info you need

I know that evolving normals into 4-0 feeders gives better exp to the
enhanced card, so here is my two parted question. Is it okay to 4-0
non-skilled HNs to rares to use for HR and above cards, or does the
evolve price increase no longer make it worthwhile? Also with SKILLED
HNs: is it better to feed them as UE to maximize the chance to skill up
the card i'm enhancing, or will 4-0 skilled HNs work better skilling up
then 4 seperate cards?

It is a good idea to evolve all cards if you have multiples to get the ff, as the experience boost is worth the rupies. For the skilled feeders question, it really depends on if you want to take the risk or if you want to be safe. I do both. I use FF skilled feeders for the first 2 or 3 skill levels then start using UE feeders 1 at a time afterwards to save money and feeders.
