Yes, I have found it quite helpful and always find something new on each visit. They have similar info to other sites, but you don't have to visit all over 5 different ones to get all the info you need

Currently i do 2-2 quests to get HN feeders without skills. However at the final evo i'll need to get some HN feeders with skills for skill boosting. Any quest area thats good for getting those HN with skills that don't costs too much energy? I have 365 energy at the moment.

Right now is probably the best time to get skill feeder. You do the event quest and you will get a ton of them.

Other than that the best place that I have found is:

In my opinion, the best place to farm for skill feeders is 18-4, where you can get a Shaman high normal. The reason is that this area takes “only” 10 stamina per turn
